Cynthia Lynn Belcher, 63, of Logan, West Virginia, passed away on February 24, 2026, in Logan at Logan Regional Medical Center. Born on November 8, 1962, in Logan, she spent her life deeply rooted in the community where she was born and raised.
Cynthia was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family above all else. She is survived by her loving daughters, Brittany (David) Vance, Jessica (Joshua) McKinney, and Amanda Belcher. Her legacy lives on through her eight beloved grandchildren, Genesis Vance, Lyric Vance, Serenity Vance, Brody McKinney, Bentley McKinney, Joshua McKinney Jr., Braxton McKinney, and Mayzlynn McKinney. Cynthia also leaves behind her dear sisters, Mary (Chris) Morris and Jennifer (Robert) Newsome, and nieces and nephews, Trevor Morris, Dakota (Damon) Frazier, Casey (Adrienna) Newsome, and Jeremy (Olivia) Newsome; and the following great nieces and nephews, Declan and Dawson Frazier, and EvaLee Newsome.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Joyce Belcher; and her daughter, Amy ReNae McKinney. Despite these profound losses, Cynthia remained a source of strength and love for those around her.
Known for her honesty and caring nature, Cynthia had a heart full of love for her children and grandchildren. Her warmth and devotion will be remembered by all who knew her.

There will be a memorial dinner in remembrance for Cynthia on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Justice Christian Church in Logan from 4pm-7pm for any friends and family who wish to attend.
